Allison Rivers Samson is a Self-care Coach, Inspirational Speaker, and Workshop Leader who shares how to make room for yourself in your life, turn workouts into personal playdates, and make healthy eating feel indulgent.
Allison is certified in Plant-based Nutrition from Cornell University and received her training as a Health and Wellness Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
For 20 years, she ran Allison’s Gourmet, the first online vegan bakery and chocolaterie, which she retired in 2016. Allison is an award-winning vegan chef and author of Quick + Easy DIY Salad Bar, Comfortably Yum, and The Dairy-Freedom Cookbook; Nia Black Belt instructor; mama to lifelong vegan Olivia; and co-creator of The Dairy Detox.
